Jordan brings over 20 years of progressive leadership and experience across the retail and CPG industry. She has a proven track record of driving growth through brand strategy, consumer insights, omnichannel marketing, and commercial excellence. Throughout her career, Jordan has demonstrated a strong ability to influence across complex organizations, lead large teams, and transform businesses to achieve gains in market share, revenue, and profitability. Before joining L&R as Chief Customer Officer, Jordan served as Vice President of Sales at Mondelēz International, where she led customer development strategies and drove significant revenue and profit growth across key retail partners. Prior to Mondelēz International, Jordan spent 20 years with the Kroger Co., where she held numerous leadership positions across sales, merchandising, and private label brands, including Vice President of Health & Beauty Care Sales and Merchandising. Jordan holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Finance and Marketing from Marquette University.
