Throughout her career, Jordan has demonstrated a strong ability to influence across complex organizations, lead large teams, and transform businesses to achieve gains in market share, revenue, and profitability. Prior to her appointment as Chief Customer Officer, Jordan served as Vice President of Sales at Mondelēz International, where she led customer development strategies and drove significant revenue and profit growth across key retail partners.
